1 on 1 personal training

I offer personal training online, at a park, or I can come to your home.  All personal training sessions are tailored to your fitness needs and goals.  Each session is one hour, and a discount is offered for multiple sessions a week.  A basic nutrition coaching program is included with all my personal training packages.

 

Small group trainings

& boot camps

If you struggle to stay motivated working out or you don’t like gyms, then group training or joining a boot camp might be for you.  I offer small group training where a group of family members or friends can train with me for a discounted price from one-on-one personal training.  You can also drop into one of my established boot camps if you don’t have a particular group you want to train with.

Nutrition Coaching

Most physical outcomes are eighty percent nutrition based.  Whether it is weight loss or muscle building, or trying to get off medication, changing your diet is often the main way to achieve your goal. I don’t believe in crash diets or excessive supplements, just small daily steps to help you create a diet that fits your lifestyle and will help you feel your best.  I have a four-step process that will slowly help overhaul your diet and change your bad nutrition habits into good ones.  Nutrition coaching is included in all my personal and group training packages but also by itself for those who already have a set exercise program.  It includes grocery shopping and food prep lessons, meal ideas, as well as calculation of macronutrients and calories.  I also provide weekly check ins to help keep you accountable.

 

Run Coaching

Most running coaches are not personal trainers and most personal trainers are not competitive runners.  Why is this important?  As a competitive runner and a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I am uniquely qualified to help you achieve your running goals in a way others can’t.  I offer training plans that includes strength training, injury prevention, and nutrition timing.  I also help with picking the right shoes, correcting running form, and racing techniques.  I offer training plans for all race distances, or your personal training can be geared to your racing goal.

Healthy Habits Program

.This is a home-based program where I create both a nutrition plan and exercise program for you to do on your own.  I take you through my step-by-step process to building healthy habits for good.  Includes weekly check ins and continued program tune ups, plus one nutrition or personal training session a month.
