MY GOAL IN WORKING WITH YOU

Everything I have done in my life whether it was running a marathon or getting a black belt was achieved with a commitment to achieve my goals and small consistent effort over time.  Even if you have never consistently exercised or you don’t think of yourself as athletic, I can still help you get to whatever fitness goal you have if you are willing to put in the work.  In turn, while we are working on achieving your fitness bucket list, I will help you build the systems to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life.

Personal Training

Individual and small group sessions that are tailored to your fitness needs and goals.

 

Nutrition Coaching

Most physical outcomes are eighty percent nutrition based.  Whether it is weight loss or muscle building, or trying to get off medication, changing your diet is often the main way to achieve your goal.

 

Run Coaching

Training plans that includes strength training, injury prevention, and nutrition timing.  I also help with picking the right shoes, correcting running form, and racing techniques.

 

Healthy Habits Program

This is a home-based program where I create both a nutrition plan and exercise program for you to do on your own.  I take you through my step-by-step process to building healthy habits for good.
